Who you’re dealing with
I’m Christian Triantafillou Schade, an independent transformation lead and trainer based in Greater Copenhagen. When you hire Corporate Revolutionary X, you work with me directly. Nobody junior takes over after the sale.
My path
I trained as a journalist and started in media in 1996. From there I moved into digital: senior roles at Danish media and publishing houses and Yahoo! Nordic, then CPO and CTO positions. For the last decade I’ve led agile and scaled-agile delivery as a consultant: Release Train Engineer on MitID, Denmark’s national digital identity; Director of Agile Product Delivery at Karnov Group across Denmark and Sweden; and work for DSB, the Danish tax authorities, Alfa Laval, the Danish National Archives, and the Danish Building and Property Agency.
I’ve also served as an assessor for the Danish Government IT Project Council, carrying out risk assessments of major national IT projects.
How I work
- I start from what goes wrong. Understanding how a programme fails is the fastest route to making it work.
- Evidence over assertion. I don’t make claims I can’t back up, and I don’t hide bad news from leaders.
- Evolutionary change. Grounded in the Kanban Method, I start from how your organisation works today and aim for changes that last.
- Frameworks are tools. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps are there to serve your goals, not at law to be followed rigoriously.
- Every level. I work with teams, middle managers, and top management alike, because change missions need all three.
