Digital identity delivery under pressure
Major fintech corporation, 2022 to 2023
- Problem: critical infrastructure, a release train of more than 70 people, and public and political attention on every delay.
- What I did: as Release Train Engineer, I steadied the planning cadence, dependency management, and reporting across teams and stakeholders.
- Outcome: Increased stratgic focus in planing and delivery, stable and predictable quarterly deliveries.
A Jira people trust again
Danish government agency, 2025 to 2026
- Problem: Inconsistent use of the planning and task management system, benefits not appearing.
- What I did: re-implemented Jira and Confluence as the standard task and service management system, introduced a new IT delivery approach, and trained the teams in estimation, Kanban, Definition of Done, and prioritisation.
- Outcome: Teams now use Jira and have adopted new process tools.
Training for a scaled agile rollout
Danish government instotution, 2024
- Problem: a new scaled agile framework, and three groups who each needed something different.
- What I did: designed and ran tailored courses for all employees, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
- Outcome: Shared understanding of the new, scaled agile ways of working.
